My Projects
Each project shown here will show how I have completed the or worked on the following objectives of my degree and will fall under these objectives.
Demonstrate the ability to create and document technology strategies and product development plans.
In the development plan it shows how I plan test, prototype and eventually develop my technology for this company, This is a business plan I made for starting a company. It also shows the research and plans for how the product would be based off of real technology studied at reputable colleges. This is how this project meets this objective.

This is my Sip Project Seeker. I developed this app through research and ideas. I developed the UI in Figma and made the animations so that id have something presentable for SIP. I also have documented my plans for the app as a product and have ideas for businesses sponsoring my app. This is how this project meets this objective.

Demonstrate the ability to assemble resources and infrastructure needed to successfully take technologies to market.
This is a vendor plan and WBS for a zombie apocalypse silo that I was hypothetically supposed to plan. These vendors show the assembly of resources and infrastructure needed to plan this bunker and all its needs. .This plan also show's the research an pricing for the bunker and how much it would take to develop for someone or the price to sell it for after compiling all the prices. this shows how I would market the bunker and determine the price. This is how this project meets this objective.

This is a Gnatt chart I made for planning and managing to make a port scanning AI for security purposes. it shows the plan and infrastructure of developing an AI that will then be used for security and put on market. This is how this project meets this objective.

Demonstrate capacity to apply lean/agile approaches in the development of organizational mission, strategy, and technology product development.
Game development of casters and blasters, a board game where we got to try out teamwork strategies and scrum to help the development of a board game. Scrum teaches quick and efficient meetings so we can spend more time working rather than having long meetings which prolong development. There are 3 of these sprint backlogs that show we use agile and lean approaches to develop our game. This is how this project meets this objective.

Demonstrate competency in leading technology teams.
This was a game I made in Game development where I lead a team of 6 people to create a board game with rules and 3d printed pieces. I handled scheduling for outside school hours meetings and making sure deadlines were met with our sprint logs. if anyone was falling behind on assignment I would figure out if there was any way to help or if another person needed assigned to that task. I made sure that my team were working on the parts of the project they wanted to and were excited about. I made sure everyone was on board with what direction we were going with the game. If there were any problems or concerns that team member needed to bring up with me they were addressed and solved in a respectful manner. The Sprint backlogs show what were working on and how it was assigned as well as our roles in these teams. This is how I met this objective through these projects.

Generate and visualize data for use as decision making analytics that metric and communicate organizational performance.
This is a business plan I made for the UN planning to solve worlds hunger. I looked at the data and research on transportation, food costs and more. Then I made decisions based on that data and put a plan into motion on how world hunger could be solved by the UN. This is how this project meets this objective.

This is a First Draft of Control where we took the teachings of the 4 objectives of Management of Technology and presented the data and objectives in our own words. We used data presented online and turned into our own way of presenting these 4 objectives into one document based off of data we were presented. This is how this project meets this objective.
